1 General Terms

3 Account Registration

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact banu88 support immediately.

banu88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete requested verification steps. Account closure does not automatically entitle you to a refund of deposited funds that have already been used in gameplay.

4 Deposits

All deposits on banu88 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, processed instantly in most cases
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, processed instantly in most cases
• Raast — instant bank-to-wallet transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast infrastructure
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from Pakistan bank accounts
• Debit Cards and other supported mobile wallets

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in your account cashier at the time of deposit. Limits may vary by payment method. banu88 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted. Any such deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your banu88 account and used in gameplay. If you believe a deposit has been made in error before any gameplay, contact support as soon as possible.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. banu88 supports withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in your account cashier.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, banu88 may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC and proof of your payment method. This is a standard verification step and is required to protect your account security. Withdrawals will be held until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Withdrawal processing times are typically as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Within a few hours during normal operating periods
• Raast: Same business day in most cases
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days depending on your bank

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• banu88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the stated expiry window will be removed from your account automatically.

7 Betting Rules

banu88 offers sports betting across a range of markets including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, football, and esports. All bets placed on banu88 are subject to the following rules.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference. Bets accepted in error — due to system errors, incorrect odds publication, or manifest pricing mistakes — may be voided by banu88 at its discretion. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.

Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time during live events.

Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required playing time is completed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules apply to cricket matches affected by weather, DLS method application, and match interruptions.

8 Slots & Casino Games

Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published by individual game providers and represent long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

Game malfunctions — including disconnections, software errors, or incomplete game rounds — void all related bets.
